Naceem Pagani - VP/Senior Construction & Mortgage Loan Officer

Naceem Pagani joins Western State Bank as Senior Construction and Mortgage Loan Officer on September 4. Her duties include providing home loan solutions and service to customers. Naceem has built a strong reputation in the custom construction lending industry and brings a wealth of experience and insight to our team. 

Naceem joins Western State Bank with 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She previously worked at Guardian Mortgage (a division of Sunflower Bank) and Johnson Bank. Naceem grew up in the San Francisco, CA, area, and moved to Arizona about 13 years ago. She resides in Scottsdale with her husband, and has volunteered with various organizations including Fresh Start, Dress for Success, Wild at Heart, St. Mary's Food Bank, United Food Bank, and St. Vincent De Paul. In her spare time, Naceem enjoys traveling the world underwater with her husband, including making stops in Mexico, Cayman Islands, Turks & Caicos, Roatan Honduras and Costa Rica. They enjoy the summers at their home in Flagstaff, hiking, biking, and enjoying time in the cool ponderosa pines.
